In het weekend van 3 en 4 oktober 2020 is er weer een karatestage onder leiding van Pascal Lecourt sensei. Hij heeft het voornemen om het kata Sochin in alle facetten, zoals de bunkai, te behandelen. Uiteraard komen ook allerlei mooie kumite-vormen aan bod. Het belooft weer een interessante en inspirerende stage te worden. Meld je snel aan, wegens het covid-19 kunnen maar 25 deelnemers per dag deelnemen.
